Delivery Schedule: We shall endeavour to send out your order on the day ordered, (if ordered by 2 p.m.) or the following day. However, we will notify you by email if your order is likely to take longer, for example this may be due to the fact that we are away at a Quilt Show.

You must inform us as soon as possible if the fabric is damaged or lost in transit. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Postage and Packing: The following postage options apply to all orders.

1st class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery only (Secure, efficient and insured)

Postage will be calculated by weight on check out.

Order for outside the UK will be confirm by email, before shipment of your order is sent out.

Lost Orders: If you feel that your order may have been lost in transit then I would ask you to check with your local postal sorting office to see if they have it there as the Post Office may have tried to deliver the parcel and you were out. I would also suggest you check with your neighbours, also please check outside sheds and covered areas as sometimes the postal worker may leave it there. A card should be left to advise you of this but this is not always the case. If you still have not received you parcel within 7-10 working day please let us know as soon as possible so that we can trace this order with the Royal Mail, and therefore act accordingly.
